Return & Exchange Policy

At Southern Cactus Chic Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! We take pride in offering unique styles and carefully selected items for our customers. Please review our return policy before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes, modifications, or cancellations. Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. Please carefully review your order, shipping address, sizes, and selections before completing checkout.

If you no longer wish to keep an item, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

2. Return Policy

Southern Cactus Chic Boutique offers store credit only for eligible returns. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for regular returns.

Eligible items must be requested for return within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, and damage.
• Returned with all original tags attached.
• Returned with original packaging, where applicable.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and inventory reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit, except where required by applicable law:

• Gift cards.
• Sale, discounted, and clearance items.
• Jewelry and accessories.
• Swimsuits.
• Any item marked “Final Sale.”

Please check product descriptions and sale listings carefully before purchasing.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email sccb120@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please wait for return instructions before mailing your package.

When shipping your return:

• Include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when otherwise applicable to an approved order error or defective item.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

5. Exchanges

Due to changing inventory and limited quantities, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may place a new order if the item is still available. Store credit for the original eligible return will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card emailed to the email address associated with your order.

• Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 72 hours after inspection for processing.
• Store credit may be used toward a future purchase at Southern Cactus Chic Boutique.
• Store credit does not expire, except where a different rule is permitted or required by applicable law.

Store credit cannot be issued for items that do not meet our return requirements.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sccb120@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging, when applicable.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until we have responded.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Issues reported after the three-day period may be more difficult to verify, but we will review concerns in accordance with applicable law.

8. Returns That Do Not Meet Our Policy

Items returned in an ineligible condition may be denied for store credit.

If an item is not eligible for return and must be shipped back to the customer, we will contact the customer with instructions. The customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, provided any fee is disclosed and agreed to before the item is shipped back.

9. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist customers in locating delayed or missing packages.

If tracking shows that your package has not arrived or may be lost, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we will review the circumstances and applicable carrier procedures and legal requirements to determine the appropriate next steps.

10. General Return Information

• Returns are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
• We do not guarantee that an item will remain available while a return is being processed.
• We do not hold merchandise in-store or online.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval under this policy.
